アイルランド拠点のテクノロジーコンサルティング企業は、Vodafone Procure & ConnectおよびSAPと連携して倉庫内で実施したパイロットプログラムの結果を紹介している。同社は、これがフィジカルAI（physical AI）が運用をより効率的かつ安全にし、その過程で新たなビジネスモデルを形成し得ることを証明するものだと述べている。
このパイロットプログラムはドイツのドゥイスブルクにあるVodafone施設で実施され、人間型ロボットが既存のシステムと共に展開された。これらのロボットはAccentureのRobot Brain（Robot Brain）システムによって駆動されており、音声、ジェスチャー、テキストを通じて人間オペレーターと連携することが可能だった。また、SAPのExtended Warehouse Management（EWM）システムから検査タスクを割り当てられ、自律的に実行した。
