OpenCode v1.18.4、Kimiモデル対応強化

- コマンドメニュー内のコマンド下書きを保持するようになりました。
- メッセージの親リンクが存在しない場合にセッションビューが失敗する問題を解消しました。
- 空のプロンプトテキスト部分を送信するのを防止します。
- モデルバリアント選択のアクセシビリティを復元しました。

- 差分サマリー内の重複したファイルエントリを削除しました。
