Claude Code v2.1.146 の変更点

Anthropic が Claude Code をバージョン 2.1.146 に更新し、コマンド名の変更や Windows PowerShell の不具合修正などを行いました。
変更点
- /simplify コマンドを、オプションの努力レベル（例：/code-review high）付きの/code-review にリネームしました。
- ユーザーまたはスキルが明示的に AskUserQuestion を依存している場合、自動モードで AskUserQuestion が抑制されなくなりました。
- winget または Microsoft Store 経由で pwsh がインストールされている場合に「コマンドラインが無効です」というエラーで失敗していた Windows PowerShell ツールの不具合を修正しました（v2.1.124 で発生した回帰問題）。
- ページネーションサーバー上でページ 1 以降のアイテムが欠落していた MCP リソースリスト、リソーステンプレートリスト、プロンプトリストの不具合を修正しました。
- Windows Terminal のバックグラウンドセッションで Claude がストリーミング中に表示されていたフルスクリーン点滅（ストロボ）の問題を修正しました。
- アップデート失敗時に現在のバージョンが表示されなかった自動アプデーターのステータスラインの問題を修正しました。
- Windows 環境で、バックグラウンドジョブのワークツリーを削除する際に NTFS ジャンクションがメインリポジトリ内をたどるようになった不具合を修正しました。
- タイピングされた入力がスキルまたはカスタムスラッシュコマンドのみであるセッションに対して/background が拒否される不具合を修正しました。
- 「二度と聞かない」で既に許可済みのツール権限について、バックグラウンド化されたセッションが再プロンプトするようになった不具合を修正しました。
- /theme カラーエディターおよび「新しいカスタムテーマ」ダイアログが Esc キーに応答しなかった不具合を修正しました。
- Agent SDK を経由して実行中のストリーミングセッションの終了時に未処理例外が発生していた不具合を修正しました。
- forceLoginOrgUUID および forceLoginMethod の管理設定ポリシーが、サードパーティプロバイダーおよび API キーセッションに対して適用されていなかった不具合を修正しました。
- GNOME Terminal で右クリックおよび中クリックによる貼り付け時にテキストが挿入されなかった不具合を修正しました。
- マルチエージェントセッションで CLAUDE_CODE_SUBAGENT_MODEL が子プロセスに転送されなかった不具合を修正しました。
- 自動アップデーターの信頼性を向上：ネイティブバージョンチェックとダウンロードにおいて、一時的なネットワーク障害に対して即座に失敗するのではなく、再試行を行うように改善されました
- 大規模ファイル編集における差分レンダリングのパフォーマンスを向上
