github.com における Claude および Codex エージェントのモデル選択
GitHub.com上のClaudeおよびCodexサードパーティ・コーディングエージェントで、モデル選択機能が利用可能になりました。
Copilotクラウドエージェントと同様に、タスク開始時にモデルを選択できるようになりました。ClaudeにはAnthropicのモデル、CodexにはOpenAIのモデルを選択でき、利用可能になった最新かつ最も高性能なモデルにアクセスできます。
Claudeコーディングエージェントを使用する場合、現在以下のモデルが利用可能です：
Claude Sonnet 4.6
Claude Opus 4.6
Claude Sonnet 4.5
Claude Opus 4.5
Codexコーディングエージェントを使用する場合、現在以下のモデルが利用可能です：
GPT-5.2-Codex
GPT-5.3-Codex
GPT-5.4

サードパーティ・コーディングエージェントへのアクセスを有効にする
ClaudeおよびCodexへのアクセスは、既存のCopilotサブスクリプションに含まれています。
Copilot BusinessまたはEnterpriseのご利用の場合、Anthropic ClaudeまたはOpenAI Codexに関する該当のポリシーを管理者が有効化している必要があります。詳細については、GitHubドキュメントの「企業におけるGitHub Copilotのポリシーと機能の管理」を参照してください。
リポジトリを所有するユーザーまたは組織も、設定 > Copilot > クラウドエージェントからエージェントを有効にする必要があります。

Model selection is now available for the Claude and Codex third-party coding agents on github.com.
Just like Copilot cloud agent, you can now select a model when kicking off a task—Anthropic models for Claude, and OpenAI models for Codex—giving you access to the latest and most capable models as they become available.
When using the Claude coding agent, the following models are currently available:
Claude Sonnet 4.6
Claude Opus 4.6
Claude Sonnet 4.5
Claude Opus 4.5
When using the Codex coding agent, the following models are currently available:
GPT-5.2-Codex
GPT-5.3-Codex
GPT-5.4

Enable access to third-party coding agents
Access to Claude and Codex is included with your existing Copilot subscription.
If you are a Copilot Business or Enterprise subscriber, the relevant policy for Anthropic Claude or OpenAI Codex must be enabled by your administrator. For more information, see “Managing policies and features for GitHub Copilot in your enterprise” in the GitHub docs.
The user or organization that owns the repository must also enable the agent from Settings > Copilot > Cloud agent.
